All transactions are to be completed through the platform via the selected payment methods. The marketplace owner is not liable for any fraudulent transactions completed outside this platform.
Payment or rental security for amounts exceeding $100 is to be done via credit card.
All customers are liable to deductions in rental security in case of any damages or late returns.
Customers are responsible for inspecting vehicles upon delivery and stating any damages or issues beforehand. Inability to do so can make them answerable to any unstated damages.
For faster delivery, we recommend customers within the same city to opt for the self-pickup option.
In case of any delays in the delivery, the rental period will be postponed.
Customers are free to extend the rental period post delivery.
At the end of the rental period, 100% rental security will be returned to the customer on the following conditions:
There are no damages on the vehicle
There are no delays in returning the vehicle
In case of any damages or late return, a reimbursement will be deducted from the rental security
In case of late cancellation, rental security will be deducted as follows:
After free cancellation period - $30
After 24 hours of free cancellation period - $50
After 48 hours of free cancellation period -$70
After 72 hours of free cancellation period - $100
Afterward the deduction will be $50 per day
No refund will be provided incase of cancellation before 24 hours of the beginning of the rental period.
Delivery costs will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
The driver must be above 25 years with a valid driving license and clean driving record.
Pets are strictly prohibited in the vehicle. Any cleaning costs for pet hair, smell and defecation will be deducted from the rental security.
Smoking is prohibited. Cleaning and deodorizing costs will be deducted from the rental security.
Do not keep sharp objects such as knives and scissors on the seats or seat covers.
Do not remove the seat covers.
